My father just turned in his Ford Explorer and is looking to charter something else. He previously articulated that this drive was not very kind on his spine and that it had more than required power for this part of the world… Now he's on the lookout for a 4 cylinder or a small 6, and it must be Offroader because he enjoys surfing, etc… and it's the solitary big car in the family, I borrowed his vehicle a number of times to transport possessions around since I drive a Toyota Prius and my partner a Beetle.

In any case, the budget; it's positively under US $32k taking into account taxes and fees.
He did like the Mazda CX7, but it does not have sufficient bite, the Turbo variant has admirable muscle and handles great, but for that much he opines he can do better.
He got a fantastic deal at turbocharged 4-cylinder engine 200-hp 2.0-liter Volkswagen Passat … but he is concerned with reliability as our Audi Q7 and VW Beetle were regulalrly breaking down. I told him that through a 36-month charter he shouldn't have any tribulations (as opposed to driving the Jeep Wrangler like he did for around 4 years).
We also looked at the latest Subaru Outback, a pretty darn good vehicle, you can smell superiority all over when you look inside… Dad even said that he might have bought the car by now if it wasn't because the salesperson was such a nincompoop… I feel inculing taxes it reaches $28k or so, however he seems to enjoy the car very much.
I don't think he likes the Toyota RAV4 , I'll get him to try it out, its cost feels about right.
If you know of any worthy choices that he could think about while not having to splurge an excessive sum of money, your propositions are very welcome.
